I am having a chuck in the oven and hope for the best night. I am stuffed.

So it snags, bacon, corn on the cob, chips and maybe eggs if I can find the energy.

Found the best recipe on taste.com to use up the rest of our Xmas ham. Ham and potato cakes with pesto. They are big and crispy like a risole and sooo delicious with a side of salad.

    Yummo!
