I threw in the veggie to make myself feel better but it's my one meal a month eat what every you want night... I might even have ice cream after... With fruit of course not ice magic chocolate! I don't know how you ladies have the motivated to cook these amazing meals every single night! We usually have 1 awesome meal a week, everything else is boring stuff like spag Bol, pasta, meat & veg, etc. hopefully once I'm on mat leave I'll have a bit more time to think about what I'm cooking for dinner!
