    DD requested noodles with those zucchini bits and the lettuce you cook and it is crunchy.
    I figured she meant cabbage, so I cooked my version of veggie chow mein

    Yep we originally bought it to make our own poppadoms but after consideration it really is easier to buy them.
    Recipe can be found at korasoi.com under vegan recipes. It's called Gujarati style urad daal.
    I will come back with a review after dinner!
