    Default What's for dinner tonight?

    One of favorites! You should try it, it sounds odd but it's DELICIOUS!

    Get about 500g of nice pork fillets (the long cylindrical shaped pieces, sorry I'm not sure of the actual name of them!)

    Put them in an oven bag with a satchet of powdered French Onion soup mix and tie off the bag.

    Cook for about an hour in a 180 degree oven.

    Serve with vegetables roast vegetables. Or with something easier like mashed potatoes and steamed carrot (which is what we're having tonight).

    The juices from the pork mix with the soup mix to make the most delicious gravy!

    If you like extra gravy, use two satchets of soup mix, but mix in a little water too

    DH will have left over pasta with bacon in it (i dont eat bacon). He ate my meatless portion for lunch yesterday so he gets the meat leftovers tonight and Ive got steamed vegies. I cooked them early this morning so i didnt have to do it tonight in the heat.

    Chicken sausages with asian salad (shredded cabbage, plus a pack of rainbow salad, toasted slivered almonds, crunchy noodles and dressing)
