Glad the weather is cooled down - hot curry on a hot day is just not right.
But it's always hot in Thailand?

    Cereal here.

I haven't been bothered to leave the house and we just got home from being away for a few days, so I've whipped something up from what was in the cupboard.
Veggie risotto with tinned mushrooms, frozen peas, corn and capsicum, and fresh onion and carrot. There was a garlic bread in the freezer so that will go with it and DD and I will be happy
