Default What do you wear when you swim in public?

Bikini. Especially pregnant, I don't have to worry about my 'flat' belly and feel much better! I just put a sarong around me when out of the water, hate the feeling of wet shorts.

At DS swimming lessons though, I do wear a rashy over my bikini - only because none of the other mums wear a bikini so it feels strange.

I wear a teeny tiny bikini I love bikinis, I have way too many! Can never have enough I think! But then again I am a beach baby and am always in the water, it's a massive part of our life! I wear a bikini most days of the week

Always a bikini. I'm skinny fat and I'm not particularly pleased with my figure but no one really takes any notice.

    Bikini, rashie and boardies.

I am just not comfortable wearing anything less. I'm not overly self conscious about my figure, but I just don't fancy the idea of being half naked around a bunch of people I don't know.

Like is the above pic one you already had or did you put your bathers on especially for this thread? Sheer curiosity
    LOL. It's okay.

No, it was taken a bit ago... when I first got them. I have a weight loss surgery blog, which obviously tracks my weight loss and issues regarding weight, so a lot of my photos are taken for the blog. I think this one was taken to show the different between THIS year and LAST year for swimwear (my size difference, rather than the togs themselves).

There was definitely no hair/makeup done for that one (hence my face not being present).

I also take pics of my dresses for rockabilly/pinup groups where other girls like to see what a dress looks like on an actual person, rather than on a model... and for a FB group I'm a part of where we share our little victories about our weight loss and seek opinions from each other.

It's mostly just to track my loss for the group and my blog.

One piece or tankini with boardies. If I'm snorkelling or not swimming in a shaded area, I wear a rashie too.

    Same same.

I used to care, but I just can be bothered caring anymore. My body is not what it use to be after 2 kids, but I can still rock a bikini...

I'm skinny fat, but no one apart from me notices it...
