Default What do you wear when you swim in public?

Boardies (short ones) and bikini top.
I have some faded stretch marks on my lower belly, but they aren't that bad. And I'm still quite skinny after my first so why not

Depends-if I'm going swimming with my family I cover up but if I'm on holidays with friends I usually wear a tankini n bottoms. I have a sexy pair n a flirty pair of bathers which I wear for just me n DP on holidays.

I cover up with family as that's just what we do n it's for convenience also as I'm the oldest grandchild that helps with the younger grandkids so I need to be ready with shorts n singlet on!!

One piece or bikini with a singlet over the top, sometimes board shorts if I'm having a particularly self conscious day.
i've never felt confident in a bikini, even before kids when my body had no major flaws. It just feels too exposed to me, I'm quite modest.
    I generally avoid swimming though

Well since having DS, I've invested in one-pieces and got rid if the bikinis.

If it's just DS and me splashing around in the shallows I wear my short boardies - no-one wants to see me bend over in my cossies! But if I'm swimming or going in the deeper water with DS I just wear my cossie.

unfortunately the more I try to cover up the more ridiculous I look...!

Tankini on top; no one needs to be subjected to seeing my wrinkly belly.

Just bikini bottoms on the bottom though, my butt and legs are my best features!

I couldnt find my usual one piece (baby belly still all stretched out and dangly) but today i wasnt feeling too hideous so I decided to wear shorts and a string bikini. I hate from my thighs to my belly button but I'm happy with my upper body so makes sense right?

... i immediately rethought the wisdom of a bikini with my F cup boobs and handsy baby and then went for a swim in the surf which was choppy and my priorities became 1. Don't drown and 2. Don't lose my top!

I'm going to buy another one piece or tankini after Christmas.

I don't own a pair of swimmers. Literally. Or anything to swim in. I hate my body that much. That said I'm a bit scared of the water too.
