i use one similar to donna hay's but use brandy and no salt and have used pineapple and apricots to decorate.
This year just going to glaze and decorate with cloves.

I was going to use the Donna hay but I'm going with a yummy maggie beer recipe using quince paste. I am obsessed with quince.
It's cheaper than doing donna's if you don't have whiskey in the house!

    Default Xmas ham glaze recipes!

Lol I made my own this year and my SIL loved it!!
I had Cottees breakfast marmalade and a about a table spoon if orange/pineapple juice from golden circle, a slosh of maple syrup and a couple of pinches of brown sugar, it was quiet tasty :-)

I use a really easy and tasty one- cut off the skin and most of the fat, score the ham then coat with apricot conserve. Take some macadamia a and crush, press crushed nuts into the conserve and bake. Sooooo yum!
