Congratulations on the BH. I hope the bleeding stays away, what did they say caused it?

You poor thing Riss what a nightmare. I'm glad you had the excitement of a HB afterwoods. It is normal to have a bit of blood but knowing that doesn't help in the slightest I know.

Hey,Riss, what a relief! Seeing a heart beat is such a wonderful thing in the best of times, let alone after such a long and gruelling journey. Glad all is good now and bleeding stays away

    Hi Guys,
I had my first appointment with Lynn yesterday after having five IVF attempts (one miscarriage and one chemical) with another FS at Monash.
For me, she is going to try me on an Antagonist Cycle (only have down long down regs) with Gonal F and Menopur then trigger with Pregnyl.
She also suggested extra progesterone support (I always bleed at 13dpo).
She is keeping the Clexane (which was added last cycle after I was diagnosed with Factor V Leiden) and adding Prednisolone and possibly DHEA. (I didn't really get a definitive answer on this, she was non committal but I have a script for it). I am also on melatonin.
She has also suggested Vitamin D for me as well as Elevit and Menevit and CoQ10 for my husband.
One last add to the mix was a lining scratch prior to the cycle to help aid implantation.
I had a heap of bloods taken, so get those results on Wednesday and then hopefully have more of an idea from there.

Huge good luck to all others cycling.

WOW Appy, sounds like Lynn has a plan for you! She is fantastic & will try new things 😊 I did the Menopur after my cancelled cycle. I'm on clexane & steroids too 😊

How do you go with bruises, the last 3 I don't seem to have bruised from, the first 3 were like bigger than a 20c piece.

Never heard about scratching lining - interesting though.

    How many transfers are you?

I'm so over this, I knew we should have had a double transfer but Lynn believed it wasn't needed... When the hell is it going to be my turn?

    Hi ladies,
I'm taking a peek in this thread because my husband and I are thinking of going to see Lynn if our IVF cycle that we're presently doing, doesn't work. I've noticed that Lynn has some of you on Melatonin and I'm just wondering what that is supposed to do. Our little girl took it for sleep issues, but I'm curious to know where it fits in with IVF. Thanks.
