Default Wonder weeks - early, late or on time?

DS is 12 weeks old, born 5 weeks premmie. Making him 7 weeks...
Last week we had an awful week..his reflux kicked up and he was super clingy. Initially I thought this was because we were trying to teach him self soothing. But as suddenly as it started, it finished.
Could he have gone through his wonder week early?? I believe this is the pattern wonder week. And he did start noticing the colour blue a whole heap more.
Has anyone noticed that their little ones have a wonder week earlier or later?

My DD was born prem due to an emergency. She never had her wonder weeks corrected, always had them on time as per her actual age. So technically early
So yep I guess it happens!
