My assembly consisted of buying a bike rack and loading the bike onto it.

After the incident of '95 in which my brothers front wheel came off on a downhill busy road on Christmas Day- I won't do the assembly.

We have a pool with a gazebo to out up but that should be really simple.

Last year I had Dad, DH and my brother putting together a wooden cubby/swing/slide/tramp set. It took them like 8 hours and Dads a builder

I should convince him to do the pool

DH insists on putting the kids Lego stuff together, gets half way thru & then cracks it.

It's his hissfit that annoys me, I'm gonna crack it if he even glances at the Lego boxes

Omg putting it together is the fun part!! My son would be devastated if he got Lego but it had already been put together :-/

I'm a bit shocked that someone would actually put together their child's Lego before gifting it. Harsh. :-/
