For those who are setting up trampolines and basketball systems-read the insurctions first!!!! So many of our friends and customers from work have issues and it always comes back to not reading the insurctions properly! Nothing for us this year, she's getting a trike, but it came set up

Swing set. Neither DH nor I are any good at anything that even remotely resembles DIY. He has a mate coming around tomorrow morning to help put it up. DH thinks 2 hours. I think double it and then a bit.

It's going to be 39 degrees here tomorrow as well so here's hoping its done well before the heat really kicks in otherwise I'll have a very cranky DH.

Just a word of warning for anyone with a Big W Little Tinkers doll house - allow a few hours, and open the box and check all the pieces are there before the shops close. On DD's birthday DH was worried because some of the pieces were bowed.

A basketball ring... I have to set it up on Christmas eve cos it came in a plain brown box so DD won't have a clue what it is unless I set it up before she sees it...my dad will be helping me luckily as otherwise I can't imagine it getting done...

Dp got stuck into assembly already as I'm paranoid about missing bits etc! So there was a bmx bike which took about 1 hr and a smart trike which was another hr. both are now hidden in the shed under a blanket ready for Xmas eve :-).
