    I started studying, and I actually joined a gym as well. Things that helped me focus on me basically

    I think the difference for me was that I realised when I left that I hated him as a person and wanted nothing more to do with him. I was less focussed on wanting him back and more focussed on fixing the problems in myself that he caused (no confidence, low self esteem...)

    Computer games don't work as a distraction when ex is a gamer though, so keep that in mind OP if your ex liked games (mine still is a hardcore gamer so that ruins it for me).

    I think doing something big for you is the best! Study/hobbie etc

    Im not single anymore (sorry for crashing) when I was I studied. I want to go back to study now but waiting on money/bub being older.
