    Where is the build up?
If it's around taps I saw a great tip on 'How clean is your house'. Soak some kind of cloth in vinegar, wrap around taps and secure, leave for a while and it should come off.

I've just started cleaning my shower screen with a mixture of vinegar and bicarb soda. Mix enough to form a paste, wipe on, leave for a few minutes and rinse off. No scrubbing! Gets all the really caked on build up. I do find that it leaves a bit of powdery residue when dry which I wipe off with Windex. Much easier than scrubbing though.

Toothpaste is good on taps, too.

    Default Help!! Cleaning the shower!

Subbing! Our house is only three years old and the shower screen is terrible (even tho it's clean, it's the water droplet look)... Drives me crazy. I've tried all of the above bar gumption and none of its worked...

I second the ENJO calcium dissolver - ofcourse - as I am a consultant!

..you can buy it online now - OR have a demo and get them to check out your shower and advise what to do - using heaps of chemicals will only damage the shower screen further

    Default Help!! Cleaning the shower!

I used to work for a tile company... Once you get your shower clean, use soap free body wash & not bars of soap... They are the worst for creating that build up! Good luck
