Default Pod Coffee Machine - help!

We have a nespresso machine and just order the pods online - very simple

My mum brought an aldi machine but returned it as wasnt happy with it. She didnt like the taste of the coffee either and did try to get a nespresso pod to work in it but it just falls thru.

    She's since brought a nespresso U

Default Pod Coffee Machine - help!

    Thanks everyone

Cookiemonsters, I think the MAP Presto uses the MAP pods, Gloria jeans and woolies from what I can gather...

I think I'm going to get Aldi or the MAP Presto. I don't like the look of the woolies one (silly I know)... The aldi one is a lot more expensive though (than the presto), but can take a bigger variety of pods (which is appealing!)...

Decisions, decisions... Thanks again everyone x

You should def go with the presto one and review it for me lol very tempted with that one atm i think because of the frother already attached, the price and it looks good HOWEVER when i think about it maybe i want a seperate frother but does more then one cup at a time just so i can switch everything on and not do anything really BUT it is cheapest (i think) so no loss if i ended up buying a frother.

Silly question but with the presto one would that be able to do cold frothed milk for cold drinks (ive never had a coffee machine or frother only ever made instant coffee with the kettle please no judging )

MAP uses all caffitaly pods. So that's Gloria jeans and the ones you listed. Harvey Normans online price for presto is $49. I bought one the other day and it does the job. You can also buy the pids from Italy on eBay and they have d'orro a d a few others that fit.

And no you can't froth milk and have it cold unless you froth it and wait for it to cool but it won't taste as creamy.

Love our nespresso machine. Well worth the money for it and the coffee is so yummy. Ordering is easy and delivery is quick. just don't wait until you run out to order and there is no problem.
However our milk frother has developed a hot spot and the milk sticks in that spot and it is really hard to clean off. I'm planning on seeing about getting it fixed after Xmas as it has 3 years warranty on it, but haven't done it yet because we don't want to have to go without our machine whilst its being fixed. We use it multiple times everyday.
I can't drink instant anymore, my nespresso has ruined it for me and turned me into a coffee snob lol.

Default Pod Coffee Machine - help!

Thanks everyone! I'd be interested to know which one does hot and cold frothed milk. I remember reading one of them could make iced coffees!

ive found the sheffield so far on deals direct and slighty cheaper on the price is right shop roughly $45. Its says ideal for cold beverages, creamy hot choc ect ect so i assume it does hot and cold but when you look at details says nothing about cold just heat and froth. It does produce 800mls of froth from 200mls. Posted link hope its allowed
