My main problem I have is at night when I turn over I have terrible pain like my pelvis and pubic area is going to break in half, so I hold my legs together to turn over. It also hurts to sit up or get out of bed, you feel very stiff at night. I also get sore groins and a sore lower back and sciatica, especially after standing or being on my feet all day.

Spd should be picked up early, and the reason I'm telling you this is because being in labour on your back with your legs up in stirrups wide apart can cause permanent damage.

A second pregnancy you can get spd worse, so good to get a check up if you suspect you have spd with a physio who specialises in pregnancy
Thanks for the post, definitely going to tell OB about it this afternoon

I had the exact same pain as you. Turning in bed was horrendous, walking round the block was near impossible and cooking was delegated to DH I just couldn't stand at the bench. All vanished straight after birth! Replaced with post partum pain of course.. Thank goodness I didn't have stirrups

Well all is good with bubs though he/she is still sitting high with no engaging at all so will still be a while. OB said hurting pubic bone down to getting ready for baby to come out. Slightly disappointed as I had hoped bubs would be engaged by now but on the other hand the more cooking the better and I've obviously made a nice home for him/her in my tummy!! I'll deal with the uncomfortable for a while longer...

Adden she's very cute. Are you feeling a little better now? Must be hard juggling it all esp the expressing. Hopefully she is putting on weight nice and quickly for you.

Sorry I've been MIA i don't know how you guys write these big posts... I am usually reading but find it hard to post after I catch up... I can barely keep my eyes open.
