i guess he will come in to see me today
I find it strange that I had her on Friday and I haven't seen anyone yet?? is that strange??
Im private (sorry, forgot who asked) and was in till day 6 with DS so day 3 is a bit strange to me.

Hope things get better for you adden.

I'm a bit confused as to what's going on with my little bubba. She is now being bottle fed with formula due to rejecting my milk because of the antibiotics I'm on. Well one minute her poo is normal and the next minute it's like hard little pebbles. It's so sad watching her work through the constipation. I don't understand how that can happen when she only eats the one thing......

That's really common with formula hon.....try a different prep or be for constipation....

Hi adden hope your coping ok I couldn't imagine the stress of being discharged without bub. How long will Ella be in hospital for? When mason was born I was advised should his weight drop below 2kg they would keep him in hospital thankfully his discharge weight was 2.14kg so we just scrapped through I'm feeding him so frequently just to get the weight on the lil darling I can start to feel some weight to him now.
I can't believe my sweet little mason is 2 weeks old now he is the most precious person I've ever met I've never ever ever loved anyone or anything in my life as I do my baby... I miss being pregnant lol

    Im ok
Im going home tomorrow. Dr said Ill sleep better at night in my own bed (which is true!) He said I have to go home sometime, better go now than become exhausted.
Eli is in day care on thursday, so Ill have the house to myself - kind of - my dad is staying with us and he can get in the way.. but I have an upstairs and downstairs living room, so ill just sneak and hide
its hard, but i know she is in good hands.
I think she has to get to full term (37 weeks) and weigh over 2kg;s
she hasn't gained yet, but her feeds are increasing.
my bday is the 16th feb.. that is my goal!
it will be nice to be home, but its going to be so hard to leave her here!!!!
Did the 2 weeks go fast Meshelle?

Sorry to hear that Beta, my sister had it last week cleared within a few days of antibiotics. She had many hot showers to ease the pain and unblock.

Adden that's very fast to go home considering you have private cover, what is there normal length if stay? Are you far from the hospital?

Broom glad your d&c has you feeling better
