    Im doing the same. TTC but not focussing on it this month. My head is SPENT from the missed m/c I feel so drained. Im just trying to not dwell on it all (give my brain a month off!) and get back in to shape again. My core strength is shot since having DD, which is killing my back so Ive gone to the physio and start pilates next week. Ive also gone back to swimming this week - I figure anything I can do now HAS to help me not only ttc but also when Im pregnant (cos I WILL be!!). Last night was my 2nd session back at swimming and WOW its amazing how bad my fitness had gone, but even after 2 sessions there was significant improvement, I could finish the whole program whereas on Tues I only got 1/2 way!!

    Good for you waiting!! Great to hear there are other TTC'ers taking time for themselves. And I totally think the same- i need to be fit for when i am utd. I desperately want a vbac so I need to make sure I am fit and bendy so that little bub can slide on out.

    Thanks for sharing that MWL. Best of luck with Tony Ferguson! My sister and I had great success with it about 6 years ago. Good to hear you are focusing on something else. I really felt for you after your MC

    My heart also broke with your news of your MC waiting. Swimming is soooo good for your back and really does get your body moving! I figure anything I do that is not sitting on the couch is helping! Every little bit helps. Best of luck with the physio and pilates too

    MWL - I desperately want a VBAC too, so same as you - need to get fit, bendy and stretchy Im going to look at yoga down the track too.

    Completely off topic but I just picked my eng and wed rings up from being re-dipped and cleaned as they r white gold. Only just heard about this re-dipping thing last wk and gosh it makes a difference, they look shiny and sparkly and brand new! Who would have thought?! Sorry carry on
