That is totally bizarre $126 worth, while a bit, it's not gigantic... how many people are you feeding??? urmm it's christmas you nut case?? and to be told you had to escorted to make sure you didn't steal them? I would have lost the plot.

Def make a complaint, on the coles page so everyone sees it. I'm shocked reading all that, you poor thing...

I LOL'd so hard at that.

But it was rude and unprofessional and personally, if it were me, I'd never want to go back there!

Yeah its really not a huge amount of money. Thats less than a weekly shop and they don't exactly go "ah-hem sorry ma'am but I see you have more than $100 worth of groceries in your trolley, I'm going to have to ask you to leave now as there is no way one person could eat all that food"

Umm how wierd. When I have bought stuff from the deli, granted no where near 126 worth they just give it to me and I walk away. I would have told her where to go,.

Well that was the irony. There were $178 worth of non-seafood items in my trolley which I could be trusted with

Seriously, I'd understand if it were razor blades or something else small, expensive, and easily concealed, but 3kg of frozen prawns and 4 crabs??? What was I going to do? Shove the giant box up my t shirt??

I'd def complain and write something on their fb wall too.

You were just picking up an order, accusing you of wanting to steal the food when you have done nothing wrong is terrible!! People order hundreds of dollars of seafood at Christmas, there is nothing strange about it.

Or something really odd. Like $127 worth of mini marshmallows, then they could legitimately go "seriously who needs so many marshmallows?!?"

Thats the christmas spirit!! How awful! I would've paid for it and gone straight up to ask for the manager to complain!
