My contractions started at 6pm 12 mins apart. They were 6mins apart lasting 35sec at 12am and I figured because they weren't very painful and getting shorter in length they were going to stop so I decided to sleep.
At 2am I woke to a very strong painful contraction. I had 4 at 4mins apart which were really painful so I got out of bed. From the next contraction the next contraction they were 2 mins apart. I called the hospital and arrived there just before she was born just before 4am.

Wow lucky you got there in time

It's so hard to know (even second time around)
I was 7cm by the time I got to hospital, I was surprised lol

Hmmm some of my words were missing and jumbled in that :P
I got to the hospital at 3am was 6cm dilated and she was born just before 4am.
You just don't know luckily the midwife I spoke to was switched on as we were going to wait 25mins for my mum to come get our toddler. :/

It certainly makes it hard with a toddler too.
My mum had to come to our place too. Felt like the longest wait.
I just wanted to get to hospital lol

Yeah that's for sure. How is your little one going? My milk has come in so there is a little more sleep between feeds, hopefully more so over the next few days.

    He's very good thanks

Yes, I'm feeding between every 2-4 hours.
During the day he sometimes has a 4 hour nap which is great.

Hope your LO is doing well & bubbles you're off work now? You must be happy

    Default hi

Hey yep I am officially off work and it feels a little strange second time around but I am relaxing and getting a few things done which is nice. My 38 week checkup went well and she told me bubs is in position but head not engaged so I could be on track for my due date which is due. I am still a little anxious having good days where I think I can do anything then having some days where I am like can I really do this again hehe. Hope you and your gorgeous new addition are doing well?
