Default How long did it take you to lose weight?

With DS I gained 30kg during pregnancy and I lost 25kg in 3 months without much effort. With DD I gained 25 kg and now 2 months after birth I have lost 20kg. I find it so hard losing the last 5kg!
How long did it take you to lose weight and how did you do it? Did your stomachs ever went back to the way it was?

    err i havent.

I was 60kg before DS1, went to 85kg when pregnant. Lost 8kg the day of birth, then 3kg after that. So i got to 75kg.

    I was 75kg when i fell pregnant with DS2 (2.5yrs after the birth of DS1). I got to 90kg when pregnant. I was 81kg when DS2 was 8wks old.

I have worked my bum off since then (19mths ago). I am down to between 71-73kg (it yo-yos). It took me about a year to lose 10kg and get to my lowest of 71kg. Im currently doing the MB 12WBT to lose the last 10kg to get to my goal weight of 65kg. I dont think i will ever weigh 60kg (without looking ill, im 172cm tall). At the moment at 73kg i look skinny enough, i just want to tone now.

I was 59kgs and went up to 79kgs with DS1. I got down to 65kgs within 4 months.
Started second pregnancy at 65kgs... Stacked on the weight again and went up to 85kgs. I managed to get down to 75kgs over quite some time but have since put all the weight back on and am back to 85kg *sigh*

Gained 18kg was 7kg heavier then usual due to European holiday just before I fell pregnant so make that 25kg in total, was 101kg total just before giving birth!!!! Huge for me 168cm tall, came out of hospital at 89kg( full of fluid ) and now DD is 15 months I am back to 72kg, a few kg lighter then i normally am. Took a long time, but slow and healthy is my advice, I started with brisk walks, then runs, lots of Pilates whilst DD was napping. Tummy back to normal pelvic floor feels strong. Didn't really start to try till DD was 6 months old. Eat lots of veggies and lean protine but also I always allowed for carbs, I would just do a little extra working out when I would splurge!!
