    Default Lyell mcewin and physio

Hi girls, anyone know whether they offer free access to physio like women's and children's do?

    Default Lyell mcewin and physio

Hi. I had a group session with physio at Lyell mac which my community midwife organised for me after I told her I was getting back pain. It was free.

Thank you. I rang women's health assessment unit today and they were not helpful. Any idea which number I ring or do I get. Referral at my next midwife appointment?

Who are you going thru? I just rang my midwife and she referred me. It did take a while to get the appt but it was free.

I don't have a particular midwife. I'm just in one of the teams. I have no idea which number I call to talk to a midwife though.

Call the switchboard or outpatients and ask them maybe?

I think it depends what you need to see them for. I got an appointment very quickly (took about a week) but my case was labelled urgent.
If you speak to the midwife at your next appointment they can organise it for you.
