Default Anyone here bought a marquee?

I'm currently looking for some shade for my baby shower but always considered having a marquee for my 30th. Has anyone bought a marquee? I need some recommendations.

I brought one on ebay for my wedding as a back up plan for our wedding in case it rained. We didnt end up using it but we did put it up in our backyard as a trail run and it was quite good

Ours was 9x3m so three of your standard size lined up together. If you do go that way then my advice is have intelliegent people help putting it up and you will need 4 people to help put it up. Otherwise its a pain.

Dhs brother bought one, it broke after the first use. The material was thin. That said it was still cheaper then hireing one so they were up $$ wise.

There are some really cheap ones - 150 on eBay but also some that are around 300. Maybe that's the difference. I don't know

Ours seemed quite good quality for the price compared to what you would pay to hire as mentioned above. I was happy with it and ours had side panels with windows as well so you can adjust airflow/shade etc
