    Default Painful cramps!?

    Hi girls,
I have a serious question, and i am a little concerned. I am pretty 30 weeks on Tuesday, and just today while sitting down at my computer i noticed a really weird cramp which made me feel really sick and hot, i had to stay still to stop it from hurting, it was in my lower back area.
Then when i went to bed, a stronger period like cramp came, radiating through my hip into my back and around that area, it also made me feel really sick!
All day i had strong lower back pain, just normal aches as if bub was sitting on a nerve or something.
I just don't know what to think as i have never felt these cramps before i haven't had another since, So Im hoping it is just stretching of the muscles and nerves or something.
What are some signs of early labour? Bub is moving around normally so i know she is okay.

    Default Painful cramps!?

Tightenings that get closer together and don't go away when you change what you are doing are a good indication. Of course some women don't have this pattern of contractions but still have a baby pop out I would try a panadol and a bath and a massage if you can get one, sometimes during pregnancy you can over do it without noticing at the time, take it easy and rest up and if its still bothering you speak to your care provider.
