So I got this game for the Xbox Connect yesterday and I tried it out. I really like it! It took me an hour to do the "Learn the Steps" and that burnt 220 calories, then I did a 20 minute workout and burnt another 218 calories. That's about what I would burn during a Rush workout.
It was definitely a challenge, normally when I do Zumba I can just let myself go and do whatever but with the game I had to focus on getting the technique right. Add to that the fact that it was all new moves and I absolutely loved how challenging it was. I think there's something like 45 different routines in the game so I'm pretty stoked to add this game into my workout repertoire!
