    Default Zumba Fitness Core - Week 8, Day 4 - Blog 76

So I got this game for the Xbox Connect yesterday and I tried it out. I really like it! It took me an hour to do the "Learn the Steps" and that burnt 220 calories, then I did a 20 minute workout and burnt another 218 calories. That's about what I would burn during a Rush workout.

It was definitely a challenge, normally when I do Zumba I can just let myself go and do whatever but with the game I had to focus on getting the technique right. Add to that the fact that it was all new moves and I absolutely loved how challenging it was. I think there's something like 45 different routines in the game so I'm pretty stoked to add this game into my workout repertoire!

That almost makes me want to give in the constant "can we get a xbox connect pretty please mum with a cherry on top". By constant i mean several times a day for 8 months.

"Sure we can, kids! Just one little thing, the only games we're buying for it are the Zumba ones!"
