Default Need advice on 7.5 month with bad diarrhoea-teething???

Hi bubs is 7.5 months, has 2 bottom teeth and is teething at the moment looks like the bottom ones next to the front ones are on the way.
She has had diarrhoea for the last 4 days and all her solids are just going straight through her within 1-2 hours of eating. She is still drinking her bottles and water in between and seems happy enough a little cranky and no temps.
Went up to the hospital yesterday arvo to just make sure she wasnt getting dehydrated and he said just her teeth go and dose her up with panadol and nurofen.

Just want some advice from you mummies is this normal for the diarrhoea to be this bad abd prolonged???

I don't have any experience with it but 4 days seems like a long time?
Dehydration would be my worry also but at least the Dr didn't seem worried about that
it could also maybe be a reaction/intolerance to food maybe? Have you introduced any new foods lately (dairy is a usual suspect!)
I would recommend some pro biotics for her as well

thanks for your reply, yes i have been giving her inner health. we are still going its now nearly 1 week.
We did just change over to the stage 2 formula i thought it might have been that so we swapped back friday night i would have thought by monday the new formula (if thats what it was) would have started to ease the tummy but she is still runny this morning.
Ive rang the child health nurses but not in until tomorrow and not sure if i need to be worried or just take the dr's advice and let it go as teething.
    ive given hydralyte aswell.
