    Default night supply

DS has slept through the night (11 hours) the last 3 nights which is exciting but I am waking up with basketballs on my chest. I have not expressed during the night because TBH I have not woken up at all. They are quite sore in the morning and slightly lumpy which goes down with the feed.

Just wondering what you all have done when your child slept through? I dont really want to have to get up and express every night. Has it affected your supply during the day?

    Thanks

    Default night supply

Give it a couple more nights and it'll sort itself out. Expressing a little bit for comfort should be ok but if you can leave it it'll naturally reduce and won't affect your day feeds.

    Lucky you!

    Default night supply

My DD slept through randomly once a week for ages so I did express on those days in the morning but when she started to sleep through consistently I didn't as my body had started to get used to it by then
