Has anyone had this rash on there Lo? I've asked the dr what it is but he said it would go away. It's flared up today. Any advise?

My DS has a rash similar to this from dribbling, all down his neck and chest too. Is your bubba really dribbly at the moment?

Looks similar to a dribble/heat type rash.
Or has he had any citrus/strawberry today?

Looks like my dds milk rash, it did just go away but was caused by breast milk being left on the skin to dry.

ETA: I just made extra sure I always wiped her dry after a feed.

DD has this sort of rash sometimes but goes away very quickly, usually it's associated with some spices I put in his food.
Does he have it in the palm and on his feet? Or it's just around his mouth only?
It could also be what pp said from drilling.
Take him to see a doctor if unsure

It's only on his face, & no new foods he is getting another tooth, do you think it could be that?

It could be. If he is eating and drinking, happy and no temperature I wouldn't be too worried
But I would get it checked out to be sure. DS had some sort of rash before and we thought he would be fine. It got worse after a were so we went to see the doctors and the doctors said it's nothing serious. But he ended up being hospitalised and was on drip for 4 days! Since then I have always been very careful. Wouldn't hurt to get a professionals opinion
