Hi nat256. I agree with you. I have just done 2 weeks with my step daughter 6 yo. She is predominately a good kid but requires a lot of attention. I don't know how people can do it full time.

How is everyone travelling with their twin pregnancies now?
Just came back to see if there are any updates. I'd love to keep in touch with other twin mummies.
I'm now 11 weeks 3 days and going well. The tiredness has dropped away a fair bit this week so that's good and still no morning sickness or anything. As I head towards my 12 week ob appointment next week I'm doing my usual pre-scan freak out that there won't be heartbeats though. I've got funny stabbing pains in my lower belly today. It feels more muscle spasm than a problem but it's always worrying! I'm trying really hard to stay relaxed and enjoy the pregnancy.

Any other updates? When did bellies show for you ladies? I've definitely got a paunch but it's not big yet.

Can't wait to see my two again!!

Hey! Im 23 weeks now So far so good both are growing very well. I have another scan next friday which will be number four I think now. But if everything is all good at this one then I think they will cut back how often they are good and bad coz its awesome seeing them fight during scans haha.

I feel loads of movement and my belly jumps around heaps its so awesome! One is quieter than the other. I started getting noticable around 18w but my belly still hasnt popped properly

I am almost 11 weeks and still had no nausea or sickness. I have been constipated a lot lately. I just got back from a two week Scout camp and i am totally trashed!! Have my first obs appointment next monday followed by one with the endocronologist for my diabetes (hating the insulin needles soooo much).
I am still very nervous and scared not sure what should and shoudnt be happening to my body!!

I know the feeling Leas. I don't think the worrying ever stops! I had my 12 week ob visit and scan with him this morning. The babies look good and very wriggly so it was lovely to get reassurance. I see him again in 3 weeks.

Yippee had my 12 week visit on Monday and Dr is very happy with how they r growing. However wants me to see a kidney specialist too. My diabetes Dr also very happy says its under control nicely. Such a relief doing the downs tests over the next week. A little nervous but the dr said with twins its hard to tell. Tummy aches nearly every day though. How's everyone else going.

Great news ladies. Good to hear the the little twinnie bubs are powering on well!

I'm finally through the first trimester at 13 weeks this week. Back at work this week after a long summer break so that's testing the tiredness. I'm starting to wonder if I'll work as long as I thought I would. Don't know when to finish up.
