Perhaps try switching to cows milk in a sippy cup.

    Default No formula?

My DD1 was breastfeeding til I weaned her at 11 months old, she refused to drink anything but water, so I just made sure she had yoghurt and cheese and heaps of water, she was fine and then took to cows milk at about 2yrs old.

I stopped giving my DS1 formula at about 11-11.5 months and just gave him watered down cows milk. He was already having three meals a day and snacks by that stage so he took it really well.
