My brother does baked pork ribs that everyone says are to die for ( I don't eat pork but everyone else loves them!) - plus you can do the main cooking at home and just finish them off for the last 1/2 in her oven or BBQ

Recipe please? DH has requested pork ribs next week. TBH the thought makes me want to spew (pregnancy aversion) but I'd like to make them for him anyway.

    The great thing about them
Is once you marinate them you chuck them in the oven and forget about them!
He buys American style pork ribs, you can either keep them in a rack or he cuts them into 3 rib pieces, it's best marinating them overnight or at least a few hours before ( I make the same thing with beef ribs or even chicken drumettes but everyone says pork tastes better!)

4 racks of American style pork ribs
1 tin tomato passata or purée
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 cloves crushed garlic
1 chili finely chopped ( or chili flakes)
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    Drizzle of olive oil
    Marinade over night

Put all in a huge baking tray (or 2)
Bake covered with foil on low 150 degree oven for 2 hours, then take foil off, baste and drizzle over some maple syrup and turn oven up to about 200 and they should caramalise and crisp up in about 15-25 minutes , the outside should be caramakised and glossy and the meat should fall off the bone!
