Default I need water drinking buddies!!!

I'm trying so hard to drink at least 15.L of water during work hours every day. For some reason I'm really struggling with it, and I think that maybe if I had a "Drinking Buddy/s" then I'd be encouraged to get into it!

So is anyone interested? We can report back here how much we drank during the day, and maybe try and outdo each other?

What do you think? Is anyone in??

I think its pretty obvious she meant 1.5L. Though you should be drinking 2L.

I found it hard to drink water when pregnant. Try getting little 600ml Pop top bottles and half freezing them, then its sort of like a slushie. I used to put cordial in them and mix 4 600ml bottles up in the morning and when i finished one id put another in the freezer. Not ideal but i was drinking 2.5L of water/cordial a day. Better than the 250ml id usually get into me

I heard a nutritionist say that you should drink 40ml of water for every kg you weigh.

I was just joking about the 15 and I think drinking 1.5l at work means you could have a couple of glasses of water when you get home and hit the 2. I like putting lemon in mine, I'm trying to stay away from cordial because of the sugar

Yeah I put 2 slices of lemon in my water bottle each day, and just reuse that lemon through the day as I refill my bottle. I'm pretty inconsistent, some days I'll drink 1L, other days its 2.5L, but I always aim for 2L :-)

I don't know if I did the right but If I did I would need more than 10 litres?! I have never been good at math so I might be wrong lol

Im terrible at water drinking. I reckon i drink more overnight by waking up and having a little drink every so often than i drink during the day.

Everybody is different and their water requirements are too. I struggle with drinking lots of water, if your wee is clear then you're getting enough water.
