I reckon i have bought about 80 pairs this year. Partly my fault though as i hate sorting socks so we have a drawer full of unmatched socks. Next year i am gonna buy heaps again.

OMG yes! LOL I bought tons of socks and do you think we can even find 1 pair. The girls have been wearing odd socks (same socks different coloured toes/heels) all term!

DS (prep) had 3 shirts and 3 shorts plus one hat and one jumper. Hats and jumper were too expensive to get more than one.

DD (high school) has 5 shirts (white so only get a full load once a week), five skirts, one hat and one jumper. Hat and jumper were even dearer so only one bought.

DD has got two years out of her uniforms and will get a third out of the skirts and hat but will need new shirts (only because of pen stains ... sigh) and a jumper.

ETA: five pairs of socks each as well and amazing enough they've each got 4.5 pairs at the end of the year .. lol

Oh yeah forgot about sports uniform, she has 1 netball skirt which is one of the items they had listed as part of sport uniform. With a polo top. Ill need to get black runners too she only has the normal shoes. Sounds like I've got plenty then, need to get more socks too though.
Ah it was much easier at my old primary school, uniform was optional! All very exciting though hopefully the jumpers and pants ill be able to pass down to ds in a few years since the boy and girl uniforms are much the same except for the dresses and skirts.

Oh dear I think I have totally under-stocked lol. I got two summer dresses, a hat and a jacket I might get another hat after reading this thread... But I'm gonna wing it and see how we go. We don't have to wear logo stuff at our school, and there is a uniform shop nearby.
And dd1 is generally a clean child too, her stuff stays clean most days.

DD (youngest) 2 dresses, 3 skorts and 3 sports shirts, 1 hat and 2 jumpers. 1 pair of joggers. She only has this many as her sister has only just grown out of the size they were both in.

DD (oldest) 2 dresses (she does not like to wear them), 2 sports shirts, 1 skort, 1 school sports shorts, 1 jumper and 2 hats (although she only really uses 1). 1 pair of black shoes and 1 pair of joggers.

I will get her another pair of shorts from Best and Less once the back to school sales start.

Socks there are about 16 pairs between them. They have coloured toes and ankles so I can match them. They just grab any pair as they are the same size.

Dd has 3 shirts, 3 skorts, 1 jumper and 2 winter pants. 1 hat.
Hoping she doesn't outgrow her uniform for next year. Only thing I need to buy is another winter pants so she can have 3 total. If she does grow 3 shirts, 3 skorts, 1 jumper and 1 hat 3 winter pants.
I think 3 pairs is plenty. One set on, 1 set clean and 1 getting cleaned. It can also mean washing only needs to be done once a week on Tuesday after school.
