Pretty simple question actually, but hard to know the best way to go about things!
Since I got together with my now husband, I've put on about 8 kgs. It didn't really bother me when it was just a few extra - I'm definitely not skinny, but I am well proportioned and luckily people seem to think I weigh a lot less than I do.
Unfortunately it's gotten to the point that I'm starting to feel uncomfortable in my skin and I have noticeably developed a bit of a belly, which I really don't like to see!
I know that smaller portions of healthy fresh food & regular exercise should eventually do the trick, but I was wanting to do something in the way of giving it a bit of a "kick start" - problem is, I don't want to do anything/take something which could potentially cause issues - either conceiving at all or during early pregnancy.
As hubby has had a vasectomy reversal, there is a chance things could scar back over - obviously we need to TTC before that may happen, so holding off on TTC until I'm happy with my weight isn't an option.
