That would give anyone a fright. Glad you got to see bub jumping around. Bet you are looking forward to feeling those flutters

That's great that bub was jumping around in there. Gotta love ultrasounds.

    Great risk ratios!!

Yes, modern ultrasonography is great! What impressed me the most this morning is that Oscar started to cry when I got onto the examination table, so my OBGYN picked him up in one arm to comfort him, and scanned my belly with her other arm!!

Smurfy....bub is so cute! Enjoy having a picture :-)

Well I had my GP appt today.....bloods done, confirmed I'm pregnant! Yay! I already new I was tough but at least now I feel better knowing its confirmed. Wasn't my normal GP so she wasn't overly helpful. Didn't check hcg numbers only confirmed pregnancy.
I have an appt with my normal GP on 14th and ill request a dating scan there and maybe another blood test if he thinks its needed.

We are telling my parent tonight :-) they will be over the moon!

I had bloods done yesterday for a whole heap of things inc. pregnancy and Dr said she would send to OB. She didn't say anything about me calling back - do you think I can call them to find out if all came back well?

You would probably need to speak to your GP, as most laboratories wont give out results to you (for confidentiality reasons). But it's reasonable to ring the GP and ask. It is actually the responsibility of the doctor who ordered the tests to contact the patient if any results come back abnormal.
