    Default Itunes help

I am so technologically challenged but need some help.

I have purchased a few tv episodes on my laptop and would love to watch them on the tv. Is there a way to burn them onto a dvd disc from iTunes?

You should just be able to put a blank disc in to your burner on the laptop, then drag the eps on to the disc……

I don't think there is with iTunes - they code it so it can't be burnt to disc.

If you want to watch on your tv, get a hdmi cable for a few bucks so you can plug your laptop into your tv and use your tv as a monitor

Or if you're wanting to purchase from apple a lot and watch on your tv, you could by Apple TV, which is a little box you load your purchases on that then connects to the tv and you operate it with a remote.

    I have an apple computer.

I have used a program called handbrake to convert from iTunes apple codec up regular mp4 or whatever file extension I need. It is free. Just google.

Oh yes, and them burn to DVD or throw on a USB stick to watch if that I'd easier.

Yeah you do. You need a wireless Internet network set up in your house. If you have a landline already installed you get a TPG unlimited Internet package for $30/month which is a bargain!

If you don't have a wireless network set up in your house, the handbrake software is mega easy to use. Honestly.
It is for windows and Mac.
It converts files to whatever other file you want it to be, then you can burn to a disc.
A little more work than if you bought an Apple TV, but not really. Personally I can't justify buying Apple TV for myself, but I would think my husband would as he is also technologically challenged!!! Then again. Anything technological seems to stuff up for him.
