Default Going overdue - Flinders MC & inductions

Wanting to hear the process of events for those who reached their due date and birthed at Flinders. How long did they wait before inducing you and why? I am due on 15th and am booked in to see the midwife on 14th. I am really hoping to convince them to induce me asap rather than wait 10 days. I have suffered with really bad pelvic pain since 14 weeks and as much as physio helped, I am now at a point where it is unbearable. Going to the toilet in the night is horrible. I sometimes lie there thinking I'd rather wet myself than go through the pain of walking to the toilet. I started my pregnancy 20kgs overweight and have so far put on another 17kgs mainly because I've been so inactive and always resting my back and pelvis. The last 2 weeks I've put on 3kgs. I don't know how much more weight my body can handle. I was induced last pregnancy at 38.5 after my water broke am aware of what I'm in for.
