Hopefully I will lose that pesky 0.7 in the next few days.

Well it has been a busy day, 2 Activates workouts and getting set up to sell mangoes tomorrow.

The kids are excited, I am not looking forward to spending hours on the side of the road with 5 kids. We only got 28 buckets out of this load, so hopefully they will sell fairly fast.
My plan is to get another two activate workouts tomorrow and hopefully selling all the buckets we have. If we do we might do another load on Wednesday. The kids are trying to make enough for them all to get $20 each to a secret Santa amongst themselves plus a trip to the movies and maybe if we sell enough a trip to the skating rink.

Yum, those mangoes look amazing. When it was really hot last week I put the flesh of the one lone mango that I had in the house in the blender with a splash of milk and a little bit of agave syrup (but on reflection it wasn't needed) and put it into ice block moulds. They were delish, a bit like a Weiss bar.

It is a syrup made from the Agave plant. It is sweeter than sugar so you don't need as much, and not made from cane sugar. You can get it in health food shops. I would have used honey but didn't have any that day (apparently honey stops frozen things getting too icy).

We won't. We have decide to head down soon so around 7;30 am and go until 10 am and head off and then do it again in the afternoon, that way we won't be in the hot midday sun.
