Just a quick one before bed. The weekend has been crazy busy and also terrible. No exercise *gasp* and I've eaten so much crap food. I've also been to two Christmas functions and it's so hard to not eat crap especially when one of them was at a buffet!
I'm okay with this, though, life happens and I'll be back up at 5am tomorrow to do my morning workout. Fingers crossed I can make it through the remaining four Christmas functions this week without completely screwing up my diet! I figure if I can keep my food choices halfway decent and keep up with my exercising daily, it should be fine. I just don't want to ruin all of my hard work with the "Silly Season"!!!
