The results will be in one Friday
As a doctor myself, I strongly suggest you seek a 2nd opinion and get an ultrasound. A bit of a "pot belly" does not look like that...the give-away is your lower abdomen, and its shape just above your pubic region. Even if you are not pregnant, something is going on.
Some women get light periods throughout their pregnancies, so that's not reliable.
And if you are as far along as you look, a bhCG can certainly be negative too (it rises rapidly until 12 weeks, and then falls after that as the placenta takes over hormonal production).
    Please organise a scan.

    Me too ha ha.

But seriously, you need a scan. Ring one of the ultrasound places and see what they can do or another doctor.

I'll ring around and see what I can do.

Should my belly be hard if I was?

Ps. As someone else said previously, it could be a uterine fibroid, or worse, something more sinister. I don't want to frighten you, but if you were my patient you'd have had your scan this morning.
Plus, a bhCG can be processed in a few hours by a pathology lab. If you are too intimidated, get hubby to ring and kick up a fuss.

There shouldnt be a problem with seeing a gp today abd getting an u/s today. They fit you in between appt with cases like this. I would say your around 18 weeks too!

I live in Sydney, thank you for the help though!

I have rung a few places near me and they said that they are too full and even their emergency spots are taken. I will keep trying though and see what I come up with though.

I hope its not anything serious. In august I had a routine blood and urine test to see if I am low on iron. They found white blood cells in my urine and then did an ultrasound on my kidney and bladder region. Would they have seen something during that? Or unless they are specifically looking at the uterus, they wouldn't come across it?

Also, I have had this weird feeling for awhile now and it kind of feel like someone turned on a vibrator in my lower abdomen. It only lasts about a second or two then it stops... I am crazy..
