    Default Missed period and confused

Hi ladies I'm in need of some advice!! I've had 28 day cycles since I got my period when I was 15 (I'm now 24) but my last 4 cycles have been 26 day cycles and now I'm a week late, not pregnant 1) hubby was away this month and 2) dr did bloods, I'm confused about what to do about ttc again do I just continue as if I had my period or do I need to wait for it to come?

It could be for whatever reason you ovulated late this cycle, or haven't ovulated yet, and that's delaying your period. I'd use OPKs and keep dtd just in case, until AF arrives.

periods can be delayed for all sorts of reasons, stress, weight gain or loss etc.

I would keep DTD every few days if you can and just wait for AF to show up.

I realise youve been regular for the last 9 yrs so it would be a bit scary but longer cycles are nothing to worry about. Annoying, yes. Can you still get UTD. Absolutely.
