My quick dinner recipes are:
Pasta genovese: boil pasta (egg fettucine has extra protein), throw in 2 chopped potatoes to the same water. 2 mins before it's ready, throw in some green beans. Then drain, add back to pan, and stir through a jar of pesto and some parmesan. Top with basil. Done in 10 mins!
