DS is 8 and for the last few years his bedtime has been 7:30pm. Climb into bed at about 7:15 and he reads a book to me (his choice to read to me) then goes to sleep.

DS1 is 21 months and is asleep by 7 every night. He wakes at 5 on the dot without fail. I hate that. Putting him down later makes so difference.

DD2 is 3 and a half and is in bed at 7 and asleep straight after stories.

DD2 is a nightmare. She goes to bed at 7, reads stories (we read 3 to her every night), then she reads to us, then usually a game of snakes and ladders and then she's supposed to go to sleep (around 8). She's allowed to have a quiet play in bed or read to herself but she's often still awake at 9. Does my head in as I really like t have time with DH in the evenings and it can interrupt us. I go to bed around 10 but like a few hours to myself before bed. She's not up with us just knowing she awake though when she should be asleep gives me the irrites some nights.

Default *Spin Off* What time do your kids go to bed??

As per my thread, DD will be 10 on March next year and goes to bed at 7, reads for half an hour then lights out. She sleeps till 8 when I usually have to wake her for school.
