Ok I'm 12+6 and woke up this morning with a sore throat, is there anything I can do?

I'm not sure if you've already got this sorted, but I've been told that you shouldn't take cold tablets - best to speak to a pharmacist about what's safe. I had a bad cold too and it's just annoying cos it felt like I couldn't do very much about it.

Definitely talk to the pharmacist and see what is good to take. I hate summer colds too. Poor thing.

Hot lemon & honey drinks plus Panadol is about all you can do for a cold while pregnant.
