She's mainly international, but does shows/festivals in Australia too.

Aaannnddd.... I am very, very, very distantly related to the Minogues!
I couldn't care less about the minogues but Clancy of the Overflow. How lovely is that to have in your family and for your Granny to meet Banjo Patterson.

I am not famous, but I am the cousin of an international cricketer. My husbands grandfather is quite famous for something to do with heart surgery but I forget exactly what.

Edited: Sorry not heart surgery, nuclear medicine.

    I'm not famous...
Took DD to a runway show when she was 6mo wearing the cutest dress, she appeared everywhere (Internet, fashion mags - even made it to a magazine in Japan!) we had a few interviews on the day too! I felt super cool! Lol. She was loving the attention (she a camera hog!)

My MIL is a well known fashion designer - I also have a fair few famous "contacts" in the fashion industry!

Know a heap of AFL players.
    And some singers and actors.

Oh yes, I'm the same! She met Banjo at the races in Sydney, she still remembers every word, at 95 years old! I'm so proud to have such a great part of Australian history in my family. I named DD Clancy, to honour him :-)

That is such a fantastic thing to have as a memory. Good on her. And what a great tribute.

I am going to pull out my copy of Clancy of the overflow and have a read.
