Default Gift ideas for a special grandmother HELP

Okay so I'm at a loss for what to get my adopted grandmother for Xmas.

A bit of background on this special woman:

She is widowed and her real kids basically went through everything her husband left her. She was finally force to sell her home and rent and they went through most of that as well.

She is the sister of my parents old neighbours who are like family to us. She moved in with my parents about five years ago, and they pretty much look after her (she still spends the majority of her pension on one of her grandsons, who in fairness is trying to establish himself and is doing an apprenticeship). She looks after my younger brother and sister (3 and 2- I'm nearly 30 big age gap).

I lost my own Nana about five years ago, and she has become a source of love and wisdom for me. She is always there when you need her, has endless patience and our family just would not be the same without her.

I really want to get her something special.

I'm on a tight budget this year, but could maybe stretch it a little. She is obviously not the slightest bit materialistic and my parents look after her quite well so she doesn't "need" anything so it's really difficult.

    HELP!!!

(Edited to fix predictive text typos. Well, some of them lol).

Last year I got my Grandma a '100 Years of Royal Albert' tea cup and saucer in the 1930's pattern (the decade she was born). They have selected the most popular pattern from each decade.

They come in a gorgeous little hat box and were around $130.

I got it at David Jones. I'm not sure if they're still around though

What a about a nice basket of homemade goodies - some homemade truffles, roasted/caramelised almonds and some shortbread or biscuits? Thoughtful, budget friendly and useful.

Does she know you class her as a grandmother? If so why not a nice colleague of you and your siblings? Or a canvas print to put in her room? I no my hubby grandmother loves it when we do that..

Thanks to everyone so far! She doesn't drink tea (I know weird hey)? And I can totes make her some goodies (good thinkin'). She does know I class her as a grandmother, and my brother and sister call her grandmam. They adore her and she adores them. She had a scare this year with a tumor and when they found out it was benign she was delighted because she "still has plenty of years with her grandbabies".
The collage is a great idea! Will definitely put it on my top five list!

What about a photo book? You can either put photos of you and your family or her family? Or her growing up. I did one through kikki k for my grandparents and they loved it.
