    Default Exercise... How much??

Well ladies you've confirmed what I already knew... I need to consistently do more exercise. Thanks for all the replies, it's quite motivating!

Bahaha you sound like me. It's not about getting the perfect bod. It's about being able to maintain my terrible diet!

I'm interested because I'm sick of using my DS as an excuse to not be exercising more!
The only exercise I do during the day is walking with the pram. At night I run along the Hume (lots of people about so I feel safe) for a very short jog, come back and do some toning exercises. That's pretty much it. I'm trying to improve my baby belly (DD is almost 6 months) but the fact that I bought a tankini recently would suggest I am not hopeful for success!

I get to the gym 4 times a week for any hour each time. 2 weights sessions and 2 cardio sessions. Sometimes I get there 5 times a week, sometimes 3.

My weight is affected by diet though, not exercise. I need to count calories to lose weight.

About 7 hours per week. I am a dance teacher, go to a dance class myself and do Pilates once a week. That's spread over 4 days. The other days I go for a walk if I have time.
