Default suggestions for a parenting plan? Dealing with an on/ off ex? Help and suggestions

I understand you want this to be all legally bound but the wording you have used will not fly legally nor will the stipulations you have made as its all so one-sided and short sighted seeing as she is only 2.5
    - you need to consider that when she is older theres no reason she cannot travel to see him or have regular phone/skype contact.

If you did manage to get something like what you've drafted thru which i doubt he would have no prob having it overturned if he changed his mind in a couple of years

OP..I am really confused...who has your child been living with? Your parents, not you, while you have been living interstate? For how long? And her Father has been visiting her regularly while you have been away?

Sorry OP but I work in family law and there is no way a judge is going to sign off on this.
Its far too short, it doesnt go into nearly enough detail, it is only planning for now and not the future and its not taking into consideration the childs rights.
PM if you want some advice.
