    Default AF driving me mental!!!

Ok so I've got AF again that makes this a 20 day cycle from first day last AF which lasted 10 days had 9 days no bleed and now have AF again !!!!! In so over the unpredictablity of my cycle this year I've had 28,42,23,25,10 23,48,45&now 20 day cycles that I've monitored and I don't know why they're so irregular

Ill add I've not had a normal cycle without breakthrough bleeds since the birth of DD now 2 (25th nov) after having her I bled for 6 months straight tried depo twice and bled for 12 weeks both times went to naturopath and they have me this horrid concoction that after another2 weeks finally stopped the bleeding and then had very short 25-28 day cycles to may this yr when I got my iud in
It's a big PITA I got the iud in may it expelled and then was put back on levlen and still had irregular cycles so I went off all hormonal contraception hoping my body would fix itself and still no luck. Does anyone else have crazy cycles like this ? And any advice to regulate them ?

Have you been tested for PCOS or anything? My cycles vary from 22, 26, 29, 34, 35, 37,39, 42, 62 days. Ive been diagnosed with PCOS. It might be worth getting checked out by the DR?

ETA- Also, before I went on the pill a couple years ago, my cycles were all over the place. I had AF 3 times in 8 weeks, 12, 18 day cycles. My Dr recommended putting me on the pill to regulate it, which I regret now, because they didnt even bother trying to work out why my period was doing that. It was after 13 months of TTC baby #1 that I got diagnosed with PCOS. Wish Id known earlier.

Big hugs. Maybe you should go to your Doctor and demand to be specifically tested. I would assume having cysts on your ovaries could very well mean there is some PCOS there. Either way you should definitely talk to your doctor about your irregular periods and what they can do to help you, I know how frustrating irregular periods are!
