Default What will I dress my newborn born in brisbane in may?!?!

I have noo idea what the temperature will be like here in Brisbane im due may and I'm unsure what clothes to buy. I had my first son in cairns and he was a summer baby he lived in singlets and if it was cooler he'd wear a body suit with socks, the only time he wore a Jump suit was in hospital in the air con.
Obviously I'll have a little of all In case temperature changes but I don't want to buy too many newborn clothes so what should my focus be on??
Jumpsuits?? Is it likely baby will need many body suits or just a couple?

Yes, just one piece cotton jumpsuits and then have some muslin and thicker wraps. My baby was born feb so this is what she was in for the first few months. Get a few little tops that you can layer with, but usually bubs are swaddled so are fine in onesies.

Wondersuits would be perfect, then you can as singlets an wraps as it gets cooler.

Yep I agree with the others cotton long sleeved jumpsuits with a singlet underneath and carry some different weight wraps with you (muslin, flannel, wool). The jump suits are much easier than 2 piece outfits, but if you do decide to go with a two piece outfit make sure you've got a snap lock singlet on bubs underneath as the tops ride up a lot.

Katelyn was born in march in gc, and over winter she lived in full pajama suits, with a singlet and onsie. If it was chilly getting jasper from kindy at 4pm I'd put a knit cardi on over her pjs and a beanie. (In the pram) but pretty much day in day out in feetie jammies..
